Congress and AGM 2026 in Hanover, Germany
We would like to thank the German Group for a wonderful congress in a wonderful city like Hanover.
Our appreciation also to the Education Committee and the Research Committee for organising the Education Day and the instructors who led the lectures and workshops, all Committees for their reports and extraordinary work, and the Associated Members who did an excellent job as tellers during the AGM.

Certificates of AGM Attendance have being sent by E-Mail. Please note that only members who attend the full day of the AGM receive a Certificate of AGM Attendance.
Please read the Chairperson’s Post AGM Circular LINK – This has information about the motions that were passed at the AGM; the new committee members that were elected and requests for actions to be taken by the membership.
The 2026 Byelaws and the 2026 Procedural Manual and files are online and all motions and addendums are already uploaded to Google Docs and reflect the decisions made during the AGM. The minutes of the AGM are also available LINK.

Publishing IBITA recognized courses
According to the passed motion 10.1. at the 41st AGM in Tokyo, all IBITA-recognized courses must be advertised on the IBITA website. Please publish all the co-instructors or/and instructor candidates who are actively involved in teaching. If you need help, please contact the IBITA Secretary Victor Urquizo – [email protected]
Research Commitee
Coming soon for IBITA members: An interactive online workshop on critical reading of scientific literature. The 5-session workshop will focus on building confidence in understanding, evaluating, and applying research evidence in teaching and clinical practice.
Small group (14 participants only). Practical focus. More details coming soon.
