From the Japanese Group:
We have created a WhatsApp for IBITA AGM TOKYO 2025. We would like to answer any questions you may have about the itinerary, how to spend your time during the AGM, Japanese food, and Japanese manners, and share information about Japan with you. We would like to use it as a tool for casual communication. We hope that those who are coming to Japan and those who want to come but can’t share their feelings. Sign up for WhatsApp and enjoy this year’s IBITA AGM.

Spring of Japan
Hello IBITA members.
I am Yoshihide Hokari, chairperson of IBITA 2025 TOKYO.
Registration began on April 1st, and it feels like the academic conference is fast approaching.
In April in Japan, cherry blossoms bloom, surrounding the city with beautiful pink colors all over. After the flowers fall, new green leaves begin to sprout, signaling the start of spring.
This year in Japan, the Osaka Expo is being held, and the western areas are in a frenzy. We hope to make IBITA in Tokyo a success, just like this.
We look forward to your participation.
