The Qualification Committee would value your feedback on the Instructor – Candidate evaluation form which was updated earlier this year. If you have used this form to evaluate the teaching of an Basic Course Instructor-Candidate during an assistantship please could you complete the Google Survey before November 30th  – LINK to survey
