It was great to see so many members in Buenos Aires for the AGM / Congress in Argentina!
Thank you to the Argentinean group for a wonderful congress.
Our appreciation also to the Education Committee and Research Committee for organising the Education day and the instructors who led the patient workshops and practical sessions, all Committees for their reports and extraordinary work, and the Associate Members who did an excellent job as tellers during the AGM. It was a very productive meeting.

Certificates of AGM Attendance have been sent by email. Please note that only members who attend the full day of the AGM receive a Certificate of AGM Attendance. Attendance at the Education days was certificated separately this year and if you attended and did not collect your certificate please contact me.

PLEASE read the Chairperson’s Post AGM Circular (LINK)  This has information about the motions that were passed at the AGM; the new committee members that were elected (LINK to the committee webpage) and requests for actions to be taken by the membership.

The 2019 Byelaws  (LINK) and the 2019 Procedural Manual and files (LINK )  have been updated to reflect the decisions made during the AGM and uploaded to Google Docs. The minutes of the AGM should be on the website by late September.
There was a very good discussion about the need to increase our income to cover new developments and the Qualification Process. (LINK) Please read and note the second to last slide includes members suggestions. Please send any other ideas to me by 31^st December being as specific as possible.
The proposal for a Scientific Director was discussed (LINK) and the presentation given by Julie Vaughan-Graham (LINK).  Please could members discuss this issue in their country groups and / or with colleagues and send their ideas to the Research Committee by 31^st December, 2019.

The Instructor candidate training module held in Argentina was titled “Understanding the Complexity of Postural Control for the Functional Recovery of Locomotion” and the bibliography is in Google docs and available to everyone (LINK)
