Congress and AGM 2025 in Tokyo, Japan
IBITA Congress Venue: KFC Hall and Rooms inside of Daiichi Hotel Rygoku, Tokyo, Japan (the main place for the meeting will be held at the 3rd floor of this building).
- The 41st IBITA AGM will be held on Friday 29thAugust 2025.
- The Congress will open on Wednesday evening 27thAugust with a Welcome party.
- This will be followed by educational days on 28thand 30th

For the first time, this AGM will be held in a hybrid format, with both on-site and online participation. We hope this will create a fair and inclusive platform for IBITA members to engage in meaningful discussions. Be part of the AGM using this LINK

The Educational Day on 28th August, organized by our Japanese members, will not be streamed, but will be available via VOD for 15.000 yen for one month from September on. You will become more information after the AGM.
For the second Educational Day on 30th August no broadcast or VOD is planned as it will involve group work.
The Instructor Trainee Secretary will meet with the Instructor Candidates after the AGM in the same venue.

Please do not forget to publish the basic and advanced courses you are teaching in 2025/2026. Please publish all the co-instructors or/and instructor candidates who are actively involved in teaching. We have a lot of requests from all over the world and if we don’t know where courses are running, we cannot help with further information!
