Covid-19 EXEMPTIONS
The Executive and Education Committees are continuing to work together to provide advice and guidance for planning and teaching IBITA courses during this pandemic.
Please remember to contact the Executive Committee for all exemptions and questions.
Please remember the that all members have been granted exemptions for
- Not teaching a course from July 2019 to June 2021
- The 220 and 2021 AGMs will not be counted when establishing compliance with the AGM attendance rule.
- More Experienced Instructors – The period 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2021 shall not be counted to establish compliance with the requirement to evaluate Instructor-Candidates on Basic Courses in the previous 5 years

Education Committee
Education Committee Webinar Series 2021
The Education Committee is pleased to invite you to a series of webinars to be held over the next year to help us stay connected and tuned to our association, and to share knowledge and experience regarding the Bobath Concept. During the webinars it will be possible to ask questions online to open discussion on the topic. The webinars will be recorded and available on the website for those unable to participate in the online session.

- February 19 to 22 BCI-C module – Postural Control and Locomotion module – LINK for more information and how to register. Bibliography –LINK
- February 23 to 27 BCI-C module – Postural Control and Upper Limb module – LINK for more information and how to register. Bibliography –LINK
Bibliographies are now available for the three modules and many of the articles are available from the IBITA library.

Any Basic Course Instructors who have taught five Basic Courses are eligible to apply for the ACI-C training module so do not miss a valuable opportunity to further develop your clinical reasoning skills.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL BCI-C’S & ACI-C’S
Instructor-candidates will be given preferential priority registration on a “first come, first served” basis until 1 st November 2021 for the February modules to be held in Italy, and 1st ApriL 2022 lfor the modules to be held in Japan. .
