- Important notes for Presenters – please read carefully and organize your presentation accordingly.
- Presenters are requested to note carefully their time allocation for presentation and discussion.
- All presenters will be notified when they are half way through their time allocation, at 5 minutes remaining and at 1 minute remaining with a notice to wrap up.
- Presenters will not be permitted to run over their time allocation as this will affect the timing of subsequent presentations.
- All presentations are to be uploaded to a designated computer the day before the presentations are due to minimize the switch over time between presenters.
