The purpose of this sub-group is to be responsible for identifying, evaluating and responding (if needed) to research articles that describe the Bobath Concept.
Articles to be considered for review shall be submitted to the Research Committee by any member, including sub-group members.

Selection Process
- Sub-group members have been selected via an application process by the Research Committee, however, vacancies still exist if any IBITA member with experience in scientific publishing would like to join the group.
- The initial term of office will be until the 2024 AGM, at which time the function of the subgroup shall be reviewed.
- Chairperson of the Research Committee is also the Chair of the subgroup.
Conduct
- The sub-group will report to the Research Committee
- The Research Committee shall request Sub-group action on selected articles.
- Proposed Sub-group action:
1.Critical Appraisal of a specific Scientific Article assigned.
2. Advise whether further action(s) should be taken, such as an internal review for informing the IBITA members, a “letter to the Editor”, a new publication, or a public announcement.
3. After agreement with the Research Committee, to prepare a draft of the agreed action.
4. After agreement with the Research Committee , to proceed with the appropriate actions to publish / circulate the final draft.
5. The sub-group together with the Research Committee will agree on a realistic and optimal deadline for completing steps 1 to 4.
