Venue: Rehabilitation Amakusa Hospital, 343-1 Hirakata, Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan
Dates: Sunday August 31st to Wednesday September 3rd, 2025
Participants: 18 – Basic Course Instructor Candidates and Instructors.
Costs: € 400,00 (Associate Members) and € 500,00 (all other members). Tea and coffee will be provided. Lunch can be purchased locally.

Registration: By completing and sending this form – LINK
- Basic Course Instructor Candidates will be given priority registration on a “first come, first served” basis until 1st March 2025.
- After the receipt of your module registration form you will receive a confirmation and an invoice with payment details.
- Participants are advised not to book flights and accommodation until they have received confirmation that they have a place on the module AND received confirmation that the module has adequate registration to run.
Payment:
- Before 1st April 2025 for BCIC’s.
- Before 15th April 2025 for all other members
- The course fee must be paid by the deadline otherwise your registration will be cancelled
Cancellation Policy:
- Once your confirmation is received cancellations will not be accepted after this time unless an alternative participant is identified.
- The module will be cancelled if there is inadequate paid registration by 15th April 2025. If the module is cancelled the Treasurer will communicate with you regarding return of your payment
Observational Places:
- The ITC would like to make the IBITA membership aware of the availability of two observational places on the module. Observational places are available to qualified instructors who have previously completed the module as a participant and wish to develop their understanding of the training process and the module content. They will allow instructors who wish to consider being part of the teaching team on these modules to work towards this goal.
- Instructors interested in these observational places can apply by email to the ITC chair Cathy Eustace on [email protected] with a personal statement identifying how they feel the experience will support their learning and development.
