POST AGM/Congress
- PLEASE read the Chairperson’s Post AGM Circular This has information about the motions that were passed at the AGM; the new committee members that were elected (LINK to the committee webpage) and requests for actions to be taken by the membership.
- 2019 AGM Minutes
- The 2019 Byelaws and the 2019 Procedural Manual and files have been updated to reflect the decisions made during the AGM and uploaded to Google Docs.
PRE-AGM/Congress
- The Congress will take place at the Universidad Católica Argentina (U.C.A.) Puerto Madero, Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1300, C1107AAZ CABA.
- The Congress Registration is now open. The website address is www.agmibitaargentina.com.
- The Registration form can now be completed via this LINK
- When you have submitted your form, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice for the events you have registered for.
2019 Annual General Meeting
- The AGM initial agenda has been uploaded LINK.
- You must be online for the links to work.
- All AGM files are located in Google Docs-IBITA Documents- AGM-35 2019 Documents LINK. You may choose to download the folder with all files to your computer so you can review them offline. The links will only work if you are online, but the files are all clearly named.

- Voting
- The Postal Vote Form has been uploaded LINK. Postal Votes close 16th August 2019
- Please note that voting rights are dependent upon fulfilling member duties:
- SIS submissions MUST be completed before July 1 – SIS Instructions. Please contact us if you require assistance.
- Subscriptions to be paid no later than August 15th – Invoice

- Please print the ballot forms single sided and bring them with you to the AGM LINK
- Voting cards are required to vote during the AGM.
- AGM Attendance Certificate. You are required to attend the full AGM day to meet the AGM attendance requirements. A certificate of AGM attendance shall only be issued if you attend the full AGM day.

Important dates
- The final deadline for submitting motions to the EC to change the Byelaws and Rules and Regulations will be 31st May 2019 allowing the AGM agenda to be finalized and circulated to membership before 21 June.
